Faith is more than agreement with a set of beliefs – it’s a living trust that moves us to act. “Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead” (James 2:17). Real faith walks, speaks, gives, and risks.

Just as the sun gives life and energy to the earth, the light of Christ renews and transforms our souls. Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12). To “Sonbathe” is to soak in His presence – to abide in Him so deeply that His light becomes our source of joy, direction, and peace.

In Scripture, the heart is more than just a symbol of emotion – it’s the centre of our being. “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” (Proverbs 4:23). It is where decisions are made, where desires are born, and where our connection with God begins.

The number 3 appears throughout Scripture with powerful meaning, often pointing us to divine completeness, resurrection, and the unity of the Trinity. It is no coincidence that Jesus rose on the third day – “He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:4). Peter denied Jesus three times (Luke 22:61) and was restored by Christ in three affirmations of love (John 21:15–17). And at the heart of Christian faith is the Godhead – “baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19).
